In the UK, businesses have underdeveloped design and brand communication.

The studio aims to help medium-sized businesses build strong brands and products in the UK market through thoughtful bold identity. The studio's core message is that design cannot live in isolation from branding.

The idea is based on 'rebelling against the commonplace' by 'sticking' over grotesque typography with 'slashed' stickers in an anti-queer font. Stickers can complement the text, or change the meaning of the written text by crossing it out. Cut photo objects and full-fledged images can also become stickers

The studio was tasked with changing its image in the eyes of existing and potential clients. The Pearmill's past visual identity was outdated and created when the team had just started its development. But time passed and Pearmill became a multifunctional and multi-directional business unit able to solve any task related to performance marketing through its functional team departments: Creative, Growth, Conversion and Data. Therefore, the company wanted to reflect its growth with a redesigned visual language system.
